Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with company goals across various channels like search engines, social media, and email marketing.

SEO/SEM:

Conduct keyword research and optimize for better organic search performance. Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Social Media:

Create and manage content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to drive engagement and generate leads.

Content Management:

Work with the content team to create blogs, Articles, White Papers, videos, infographics, and other assets, ensuring everything is SEO-friendly and aligned with the brand.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, using list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve open and click-through rates.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and report on the performance of all digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Offer insights and recommendations for improvement.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Analyze user behavior and optimize landing pages and campaigns to improve conversion rates.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Skills:

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.

Analytical skills to measure and improve performance.

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of conversion optimization and A/B testing.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web optimization.

Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
