A large multinational bank in Saudi Arabia faced significant challenges within its Human Resources (HR) department after implementing Oracle ERP across various business functions. The HR’s department needed specific information for different functions such as Recruitment & Mobility, Learning & Development, Employee Services & Payroll, Total Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness, Digital HR, and Business Partners in a structured manner.
Additionally, the HR department relied on multiple third-party applications and services that could not effectively communicate with either the HCM or HRMS systems. This resulted in issues related to data quality, accessibility, automation, functionality, and reporting within the HR vertical.
Sol deployed senior consultants to the bank’s site to understand the challenges faced by stakeholders and the technical limitations. The team identified and prioritized reporting Use Cases with a focus on data interoperability across HR functions, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
Collaborating with business users and IT, the team designed a solution architecture that addressed integration challenges. They worked with HR function heads to uncover underutilized KPIs, enabling faster, data-driven decisions.
